In peak times we have a session starting every 30-minutes and they can fill up very quickly. To avoid disappointment we would recommend prebooking, by either going to our online booking system or call our booking line on 0845 652 1736 (open Mon – Fri 8am-10pm and weekends 9.00am-5.30pm). A £2 admin charge applies to telephone bookings.

Our courses have a maximum weight allowance of 120kg (19 stone)

Parental consent

Children under 16 years of age require a consenting signature from parent, guardian or party leader. They also require an adult to be participating or observing at all times.
