What Is Aerial Extreme?
School Trip Ideas
"Our experience from beginning to end exceeded the expectations, starting with a warm and relaxed welcome and ending with a cheery wave off on our coach! In between what we saw were experts not only in climbing and outdoor activities but also leaders with fine skills in motivation, confidence building and working with young people. We'd half expected that the "team building" part of the day may be the poor relative to the high ropes course, but this was not the case. All leaders quickly and accurately assessed the needs of their group and the personalities within those groups. They tackled confidence, arrogance, self esteem and shyness with the same fine skills resulting in positive outcome for all of our students. Every student was addressed by their name for the whole day - this makes a massive difference, beyond what you can imagine. For months I have battled with this group of students labelling themselves a "special form" in a negative way and struggled to move the mind set. The AE Team hit it head on and turned it into an unimaginable positive.
"Here's some of what the day achieved. Aneeqa never believed for one minute she could do any of what she achieved and returned to school today determined to do the same in her lessons. Louise smiled all day yesterday and has built positive relationships with staff from yesterday that she has not experienced before. Stacey and Sam have emerged as leaders when they usually shy away from anything of the sort. There's so much more besides. On arriving in their form room this morning you could actually physically feel the impact of yesterday, and we are now working hard to sustain it.
"I don't know how and when Aerial Extreme get the chance to recognise the brilliance of their staff but I am certain that the team must be the best that you have. Exceptional skills that yesterday made a real difference to the young people that we brought with us. You can use my name, and the school's name in a quote to anyone, anywhere about what Aerial Extreme can do for schools.
