The following comprise the standard terms and conditions of booking a ticket(s) for Aerial Extreme. In proceeding with the booking it shall be deemed that the Party booker and each and every guest has accepted them.
1. THE PRICE
The price in £GBP payable for a ticket(s) shall be as set out in the booking confirmation (subject to adjustments made in accordance with paragraph 10 below).

a. The party booker understands that these activities can be physically demanding and participants could sustain minor injuries e.g. grazes
b. The booking is confirmed once the company has received payment and you, the party booker, has received written confirmation from Aerial Extreme, this includes email and website confirmation.
c. The party booker must bring the written confirmation with them on the day of the event.
d. The party booker acknowledges that all party members will be provided with and fitted by an Aerial Extreme instructor their safety harness (to be returned to Aerial Extreme after the activity)
The party booker understands that height restrictions apply (which vary by site)
a. The party booker understands that Aerial Extreme has a maximum weight allowance of 120kg (19 stone).
b. The party booker understands that if any children are between 1.1m – 1.4m at Bedale, North Yorkshire, and Trafford, Manchester, a 16+ customer is required to participate with them at a ratio of 1(16+) to 3 children.
c. The party booker is aware that for confidence reasons, some children may require an adult to participate. This is recommended for children just meeting the height restriction at Bedale, North Yorkshire and Trafford, Manchester.
d. The party booker understands that if any children are aged under 14 an adult (18+) is required to give consent for them via completition of an acknowledgement of risk form and someone 16+ must be present at all times.
e. The party booker understands that it is a requirement that everyone that goes on the course is able to understand and follow the Safety Brief. As such, unfortunately we are unable to put any children under the age of six on any of our courses.
f. The party booker has made aware to Aerial Extreme any medical condition that may impact on their safety whilst on the course. For example, pregnant ladies and people with heart conditions, epilepsy, and severe diabetes are unable to participate in our activities.
5. ALLOCATED TIME SLOTSOnce you have a confirmed booking, you will have an allocated time slot. It is crucial that you turn up prior to your allocated time. A missed time slot will be treated as a cancelled booking and no refund will be given. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate you at a later time, this may not always be possible.
6. CANCELLATION OR REDUCTION IN NUMBERS BY THE PARTY BOOKER
7. PAYMENT TERMS
For groups full and final payment is required 14 days prior to your booking date. Aerial Extreme reserve the right to refuse entry, without refund, if full and final payment has not been received.
8. CANCELLATION BY AERIAL EXTREME
Aerial Extreme reserves the right to cancel the booking if;
a. The balance of the booking total has not been received by Aerial Extreme 14 working days prior to the Event (group bookings)
b. Due to circumstances beyond the control of Aerial Extreme including but not limited to war, riot, industrial dispute, or fire; and in such circumstances Aerial Extreme shall have no liability to make any payments to the party booker or refund any part of the booking.
9. POSTPONEMENT AND CHANGES IN THE EVENT
Whilst every effort is made by Aerial Extreme to carry out the activity in accordance with the booking, Aerial Extreme retains the right to postpone or change the booking or nature of the activity if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or unavailability of suitable staff, equipment or the original venue. In such circumstances Aerial Extreme will notify the party booker as soon as reasonably practicable of such changes and suitable arrangements will be made.
10. AERIAL EXTREME’S AUTHORITY AT THE EVENT
a. The party booker agrees on its own behalf and on behalf of each and every party member: -
i. that the opinion of Aerial Extreme is final;
ii. to comply with any request or order made by Aerial Extreme in the interests of safety howsoever expressed;
iii. to comply with any reasonable instruction given by Aerial Extreme for any other reason.
b. Aerial Extreme reserves the right to request any party member to leave or be removed/rescued if in the opinion of Aerial Extreme the party member is behaving in a dangerous, unreasonable or disruptive manner and the party booker agrees to procure that such request will be complied with by each and every party member. In such circumstances Aerial Extreme will be under no liability to the party booker or the party member in respect of any refund of the booking or compensation for any costs or damage which may be incurred by the party booker or the party member.
c. Before participating in Aerial Extreme every party member will be required to sign a disclaimer, a copy of which is available on request.
d. At all sites, under 14s need an adult present throughout.
11. LIABILITY OF THE PARTY BOOKER FOR DAMAGE
a. The party booker agrees that in the event of damage being caused to any facilities, (including buildings and fixtures and fittings), vehicles or equipment of whatsoever the Party booker will be liable for the facilities and each and every vehicle or piece of equipment so damaged as follows:
i. If the damage arises out of any act or omission of the party booker or any party member the party booker shall be liable for the first £300.00 on each and every item.
ii. If the cause of the damage were deliberate the party booker shall be liable for all the damages so caused or the full replacement values of each and every item whichever is less.
12. LIABILITY OF AERIAL EXTREME FOR DAMAGE
a. Aerial Extreme agrees to exercise all reasonable skill and care
b. Aerial Extreme has no liability to the Party booker or any Guest (other than liability for death or personal injury of a Guest resulting from Aerial Extreme’s negligence) for any loss or damage of any nature howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with attendance at the Event to the Party booker or the Guest or the property of the Party booker or Guest unless otherwise covered by the public liability insurance carried by Aerial Extreme at the date of the Event any such claim by the party booker or guest being made on the terms and conditions of such insurance a copy of which is available on request.13. ALTERATIONS IN THE PRICE
Additional services requested by the party booker before or on the day and not included in the original booking will be payable by the party booker in advance or on the Event day.
For safety reasons, Aerial Extreme reserve the right to refuse entry should a potential customer be inappropriately dressed; i.e. no open toed sandals, flip flops, skirts will be permitted.
Every now and again Aerial Extreme Ltd or other authorised parties perform photography and/ or video making on our courses; this may feature some of our visitors. Participation in the activities provided by Aerial Extreme Ltd is regarded as acceptance of these regulations, and you therefore agree that Aerial Extreme Ltd or any other authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You also agree that copyright in these materials rests with Aerial Extreme Ltd or any other authorised party (as the case may be)
